Q: Am I able to work for two clients at once?

A: Yes, however the training cannot be done at the same time. You will need to complete one training before doing another one.


Q: Am I responsible for my taxes?

A: Yes. We do not deduct taxes for payroll due to the nature of this opportunity. You will be sent a 1099 at the end of the year if you made over $600.


Q: How much does the job pay?

A: Each company varies with pay. The base rate is $12.50 up to $18. Please read the PDF documents that are given with the job opportunities.


Q:Will I have to come out of pocket for anything?

A: Yes. The background check is a one time fee of $30. It will last you up to 36 months.

A: You are in control of creating your schedule.

Therefore, you can treat this as an full time or part time opportunity.


Q: Do you need any experience for this position?

A: No. You do not need any previous experience or degree for these opportunities.


Q: Do I need to provide my own equipment?

A: Yes. The clients do not provide equipment for the positions.


Q: Will I come out of pocket for anything upfront?

A: No. There are no costs up front. You only pay $30 for the background check once you've decided on the client you want to serve.


Q: Why is the training unpaid?

A: As an independent contractor, you do not fall under the employee labor rights. The second session of training is compensated for live call taking.


Q: Am I responsible for my own taxes?

A:Yes. As a 1099 independent contractor with our company, you are responsible for taxes. Taxes are not deducted during payroll.


Q:I have a profile on Arise, what to do next?

APlease reach out to us for further instructions or login to Arise and go to documents. Under documents you will select terminate MSA. If you are under an IBO they would need to release you.
